酒蔵直営の食事処「臺眠」 Japanese restaurant 'Daimin'

こちらは最近、小渕沢で見つけた食事処。
酒造「七賢」（しちけん）が直営する「臺眠」（だいみんｎ）です。
1階はカフェ、2階はレストランとなっていて何種類かの定食がいただけます。

この日、頂いたのはむぎとろ定食。豚の角煮や野菜たっぷりのおつゆもついていて
1525円。お食事には「七賢」で使用されているお水も頂くことができます。
これがまた美味しい☆
お店の雰囲気もレトロな感じで落ち着きます。

ちなみに酒蔵「七賢」では酒造りの見学案内ができ味見もできるそう。（要予約）
明治天皇が一夜の御所としてお泊まりになったこともあるそうで、さすが300年以上の歴史を誇る酒蔵です。

この辺りは、金精軒の本店もあり、町並みも古いまま保存されているものが多く
ちょっとタイムスリップしたような気分になります。

Japanese Restaurant 'Daimin'

This restaurant is run by brewery 'Shichiken' in Kobuchizawa, Yamanashi-pref.
The atmosphere is really cozy and I felt like I was in a grand-parents house.
The food is really good. Dessert was Sake-cake which made me a bit tipsy!?

If you like sake, I strongly recommend you to visit Shichiken which is next to Restaurant Daimin.
If you join the tour (free of charge , booking necessary) you can see a procedure to make sake and in the end of the tour
you can try some sake. Hooray!

Emperor Meiji had stayed here once a long time ago.
This is such a historical place in Kobuchizawa.
